Position Overview

We invite you to join our innovative imaging team as a skilled and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound studies including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure the comfort and safety of patients by thoroughly explaining each procedure
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, promptly reporting any issues
• Document procedures accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records in the electronic medical system
• Stay updated with new technologies and advancements in ultrasound imaging practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
