Construction Payroll Specialist - Nashville, TN We're looking for a Construction Payroll Specialist to join a growing construction company in Nashville. If you have hands-on experience processing multistate certified payroll and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment please reach out. What You'll Do: Process multistate payroll for a construction workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for prevailing wage/government-funded projects Stay current on multistate tax, labor law, and compliance requirements Partner with HR, project managers, and accounting on payroll-related needs Qualifications: Must have previous payroll experience working at a construction company - required 2+ years of payroll experience, with proven multistate processing experience Strong knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting Familiarity with union payroll and fringe benefit administration a plus Proficiency with payroll/construction software (e.g., Foundation, Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint, or similar) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Why Join Us: Competitive salary based on experience Stable, growing company with a supportive team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Metric DCX
