We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians in daily maintenance activities
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance work to support production goals
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure work is completed effectively
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide hands-on support when needed
• Coordinate repairs, installations, and continuous improvement projects
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians to develop technical skills and improve performance
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to maximize equipment uptime
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support maintenance planning, inventory management, and project execution

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
• Experience working with industrial production equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Medical, dental, vision, 401k.

Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Chicago, IL.
