Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time)

Pay Rate: $21.25 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 3 days per week
Location:  Cleveland Ohio

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and people-focused  Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience and demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:

• Microsoft 365
• Paycor
• Recruiting and candidate coordination
• Employee relations
• FMLA administration
• Benefits administration
• New-hire onboarding
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
• Manage and track FMLA requests and related documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation within Paycor and other systems.
• Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support HR projects and administrative functions as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 applications for communication, reporting, scheduling, and document management.

Qualifications

• Previous human resources experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Paycor is required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
