This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to serve as the primary HR resource for a growing site. While the position is currently structured as an HR Generalist role, the individual will have significant ownership and visibility, with the opportunity to grow into an HR Manager-level position as the operation continues to expand.

We're seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join a growing advanced manufacturing operation. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a smaller, growing business unit backed by the resources and stability of a larger organization. You'll have the chance to make an impact, help shape the workforce, and grow along with the operation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to support continued growth
• Handle a variety of HR responsibilities including employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and compliance
• Support employee engagement and help build a positive workplace culture
• Work closely with employees and leadership in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience
• HR Generalist experience, including payroll responsibilities
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Experience supporting a growing or fast-paced organization
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
• UKG/Kronos experience is a plus
