Description:

Job Overview

Seeking a Business Analyst II – Process Management to support the Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiative. The role focuses on improving warehouse processes, implementing modern Warehouse Management System solutions, supporting system deployments, and driving operational improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and define required changes.
• Support implementation of new warehouse management capabilities.
• Provide production support for facilities using modern warehouse solutions.
• Support Parts IT Modernization (PITM) implementations.
• Prepare facilities for system implementations.
• Train warehouse office and floor staff on new processes and systems.
• Create training materials and documentation.
• Troubleshoot implementation and operational issues.
• Work with customers, teammates, and stakeholders to resolve business/process issues.
• Perform gap analysis, risk assessment, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and report business data.
• Support project tracking, communications, and stakeholder management.
• Provide guidance to team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of experience working within Operations and/or Engineering.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze current processes and recommend solutions.
• Experience with business process analysis and improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

 

Preferred / Nice to Have

• 2+ years of warehouse or operations experience.
• 2+ years of engineering experience supporting operations.
• Experience training personnel on processes and best practices.
• Experience supporting operations using technical tools or IT systems.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience with process implementation and troubleshooting.

 

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in:

• Engineering / Technology
• Business / Management
• Related field

Travel
