Smart Connected Warehouse Initiative Support

Payrate: $29.00 - $32.00/hr. This role involves working in collaboration with customers and teammates to support the advancement of the Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiative. The focus is on driving transformational change to Warehouse Management solutions and processes through new and advanced system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for facilities with modern solutions deployed, including deploying new capabilities as they are developed.
• Create training documentation for warehouse office and floor staff.
• Perform end-user training and directly support implementations.
• Support Parts IT Modernization (PITM) Implementations by preparing facilities for implementation, training operators on the new warehouse management system, and troubleshooting implementation issues.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working within Operations and/or Engineering function.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience, or a Degree in Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.

Skills

• 2 years of experience working in a warehouse or other operations.
• 2 years of experience working in an engineering role in support or operations.
• Experience in training personnel on processes and best practices.
• Experience supporting operations in the use of technical tools or IT systems.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $29.00 - $32.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
