Senior Scrum Master

Our customer is seeking several seasoned enterprise apps Scrum Masters to help manage delivery on high-profile, a multi-year effort. This is a great opportunity for a Financial Services Scrum Master to get engaged in a resume-building, global project. We are only able to consider *W2 personnel* for this effort; C2C and transfer candidates will not be reviewed.

*Responsibilities overview:*

* Assign epics and ensure that all the required elements are appropriately understood, documented, owned, and actioned by the team
* Manage timelines and communicates delivery status
* Attend scrum of scrums, program iteration planning, and inspects and adapts
* Lead agile teams to facilitate sprint events (stand up, planning, demo, and retrospective)
* Coach team in Agile best practices and cross-functionality
* Collaborate with Product owner and Dev team to prioritize and define stories using JIRA
* Coordinate work between onshore based in US and offshore teams

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
