- This Scrum Master will be on the Treasury technology team.
- The Treasury Platform is used by investment banking employees for trading, investing, and asset management products and services.
- This person will be the spokesperson of the team, protect the team, and drive them to help deliver projects.
- The scrum team consists of 8-9 developers, 1 QA, 1 BA. This person will act as a scrum master primarily and help out the team with some BA skills as need be.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, and enabling continuous improvement within the team. Scrum masters are also responsible for delivery management and oversight support for key projects within the GFIIT portfolio.
- 10+ years of IT experience, at least 3 years of Scrum Master experience most recently
- Must have come from either a hands-on development background or a technical BA background
- Financial Industry experience
- Capital Markets Background
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- Quartz or Trading application experience
