Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a reliable approach while helping create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorized entry when required, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing assigned reports related to security-related incidents and patrol activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
