Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level Revenue Operations Associate. This role focuses on supporting revenue-generating teams through data management, reporting, process optimization, and operational support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is analytical, organized, and interested in building a career in revenue operations, business operations, sales operations, or business analytics.
The Revenue Operations Associate will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to support reporting, improve workflows, and help drive business performance.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in operations, analytics, business strategy, or revenue management.
Responsibilities
- Support daily revenue operations activities and initiatives
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales databases
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Assist with sales pipeline and forecasting activities
- Monitor data quality and identify reporting discrepancies
- Support process improvement projects across revenue teams
- Analyze operational data and generate business insights
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Track KPIs and support business performance reviews
- Maintain documentation and operational procedures
- Assist with workflow automation and efficiency initiatives
- Support strategic projects and revenue growth initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data
- Professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset
