What You’ll Do As a Licensed Sales Producer, you’ll focus on growing the agency by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and helping them choose insurance solutions that protect what matters most. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective customers through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach. Generate new business opportunities and develop your own pipeline. Conduct personalized insurance consultations to understand each customer's needs. Prepare customized insurance quotes and present coverage recommendations. Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support. Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals. Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development. What We’re Looking For Property and Casualty license preferred (can be obtained upon hire for the right candidate) Previous sales, retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Positive, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Comfortable making outbound calls, networking, and generating new business. Organized with strong time-management skills. Coachable and eager to learn new sales techniques.
