Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Intelligence Management Specialist (Oversight and Policy Access) to support USCYBERCOM J2. Responsibilities Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; monitoring intelligence; assisting with the administration and management of RFls; producing metrics; providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied/ Partner systems. Reviews, tracks and stores signed documentation, including training records of staff personnel who serve as members of the USCYBERCOM Production Chain. Maintains spreadsheets to support quick presentation and review of USCYBERCOM Production Chain members. Provides intelligence support on behalf of J2Q to include mission management, controlled access, intelligence production and information sharing. Performs administrative duties to include, but not limited to, development and maintenance of file directories, SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries. Produces Operating Instructions (Ols) for Command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government. Troubleshoots system or procedural issues regarding document storage and document review; proposes process improvements that may utilize software (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, file management systems, etc.) and ensures proper access controls are utilized for operational security management in the allocation of personnel within USCYBERCOM SIGINT Production Chain. Required Qualifications/Skills A minimum of 8 years of experience leading large teams within this field, including leadership experience within the past 2 years, and a bachelor’s degree. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
