Key Responsibilities

• Validate and interpret corporate actions ranging from simple to complex mandatory events
• Perform end-to-end processing of corporate action events including setup, validation, election, payment, and reconciliation
• Collaborate with departments such as Prime Brokerage and Financial Controllers
• Field diverse inquiries from business units, stakeholders, and external providers
• Interface with external data providers, counterparties, and industry utilities
• Scrutinize processes and workflows to identify and implement enhancements
• Participate in system testing and support ongoing demands for increased coverage and service

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree
