Winixx is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with remote teams operating nationwide. Role Summary The Retail Account Manager for Auto Parts manages relationships with independent and regional auto parts distributors who have joined the Winixx vendor network — driving engagement, growing parts order volume, and ensuring vendors are getting maximum value from the fleetOS POS platform. What You'll Do Own a portfolio of active auto parts vendor accounts and drive platform engagement and order volume growth Conduct regular check-ins with vendor accounts to assess satisfaction, surface issues, and identify growth opportunities Train vendor staff on new fleetOS POS features and platform updates Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts including additional POS units and service tier upgrades Collaborate with the vendor sales team on referral programs and regional expansion campaigns Track and report on vendor account health, order volume trends, and retention metrics Escalate vendor operational issues to the support and operations teams and follow through to resolution Represent Winixx at regional auto parts trade shows and distributor events What We're Looking For 3+ years of account management or retail sales experience Experience working with auto parts distributors, automotive service businesses, or fleet service providers is strongly preferred Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts Comfortable with data — able to pull and interpret account performance metrics Willingness to travel within an assigned regional territory Proficiency in CRM tools and account management platforms Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field Knowledge of the auto parts distribution industry is a significant advantage Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front‑row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission‑driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
