Leading the strategy and execution of AI-powered tools within a B2B hospitality platform, the full-time Product Manager, AI will operationalize AI capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and focus on solving customer problems in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies for AI-driven tools to enhance user experience for restaurants and wineries Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to create scalable and secure AI capabilities Analyze customer workflows and operational pain points to drive product innovation and value Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in digital product management with a proven track record of delivering complex products Experience leading end-to-end product strategy from discovery to launch Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to real-world use cases Ability to navigate compliance, security, and risk in enterprise environments Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and align on a shared vision
