Full Time Sales Fort Worth, TX, US Today Requisition ID: 1023 The primary focus will be supporting the marketing strategy surrounding the major renovation and expansion of the Fort Worth Convention Center, while also leveraging our business, small meetings, inventory of large-scale convention hotels and showcasing our portfolio of boutique luxury hotels to national event planners. Additional strategies will be developed for single-property meetings and building tailored content and targeted ad campaigns aimed at specific association/corporate vertical markets, i.e. Medical, Tech, Mobility. Key Responsibilities Targeted Content: Support and manage a B2B content strategy targeting meeting planners, association directors, and trade show executives. Asset Creation: Write and edit high-impact content, including case studies, planner testimonials, promotional video scripts, email/LinkedIn campaigns, and industry blog posts. Expansion Campaign: Serve as the internal marketing lead supporting the convention center expansion campaign, coordinating agency partners, stakeholder communications, milestone announcements, sales tools, and destination messaging throughout the project lifecycle. Audience Persona Marketing: Oversee market research to develop meeting planner personas and craft tailored messaging that highlights Fort Worth's diverse hospitality ecosystem (from massive HQ hotels to luxury boutique properties). Project Management: Manage multiple projects and agency partners simultaneously to meet tight deadlines ahead of major industry events. 2. Website Management & Digital Optimization Own and optimize the "Meetings & Conventions" segment of the Visit Fort Worth website, ensuring quality content, layout, and visual assets are up to date and conversion focused. Manage and maintain destination profiles across meeting planner and industry platforms Maximize discoverability through AI-powered search tools, SEO, GEO, etc. Track and report web analytics on a regular basis 3. Collateral & Sales Enablement for Tradeshows/Events Oversee the production of print and digital collateral, including meeting planner resources, pitch decks, videos and custom venue comparison maps. Collaborate closely with the Events Team to showcase high-impact activation materials, booth graphics, and promotional handouts for major industry tradeshows (e.g., IMEX, PCMA, MPI). Work alongside Marketing; coordinating with agencies, photographers, and graphic designers to ensure all B2B marketing assets align strictly with the Visit Fort Worth brand standards Coordinate with agencies, photographers, and graphic designers to ensure all B2B marketing assets align strictly with the Visit Fort Worth brand standards. Work with internal teams to manage production of graphic design and marketing materials, ensuring deadlines are met for convention sales. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, tourism, hotel, CVB/DMO, or corporate event marketing. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the meetings and conventions industry is preferred (what a meeting planner looks for in a host city is ideal). Content Skills: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills across print and digital mediums. Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a major plus. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), Google Analytics GA4 and CRM tools common to the travel industry (e.g., Simpleview). #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP
