Job Overview: A law firm seeks an Attorney in Cleveland, OH to advocate for clients in complex litigation matters. Duties Represent clients in municipal, state, and federal courts. Prepare and present oral arguments and exhibits. Oversee legal assistants and paralegals in case management. Handle discovery and all litigation phases for contested cases. Manage appellate cases, including research and brief writing. Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal matters. Interpret laws and regulations relevant to cases. Draft and review legal documents and templates. Collaborate with colleagues on legal proceedings. Requirements Juris Doctorate degree. Admission to the Bar in relevant jurisdictions. Notary Public preferred. Experience as a law clerk or intern preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
