Director of Client Services

Bespoke Air Group is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead and enhance the experience of our private aviation clients and advisors. This is a relationship-driven role focused on delivering exceptional service, anticipating client needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Bespoke standard. The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality, private aviation, luxury travel, concierge services, or high-touch client management . You are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for discerning clients. Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen relationships with private aviation clients, advisors and partners Maintain accurate CRM records, including entering new leads, tracking client interactions, and creating scheduled follow-up activities to support the CEO’s relationship management efforts Oversee the client experience from inquiry through post-flight follow-up Coordinate with operation teams by gathering and preparing passenger information and luggage ensuring seamless service. Anticipate client needs and deliver personalized solutions Help develop and execute creative and traditional marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with referral partners Handle client ground transportation and in-flight catering needs Sourcing appropriate aircrafts for trip requests, as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bespoke Air Group
