Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address clients' concerns.

• Facilitate group, family, and individual therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can express themselves and explore their challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inland Counseling Center, you will work primarily with clients who experience a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance misuse. Your expertise will be crucial in providing accessible care to those who have limited access to mental health services, particularly within vulnerable populations in the Gilbert community and surrounding areas.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload. In addition, employees will have access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. Our clinic provides support with billing and documentation tasks, so you can focus more on client care and less on administrative burdens. We also offer regular client referrals to help build and manage your caseload effectively.
