We're hiring: Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator — Garfield, NJ

Our practice is looking for someone to run the front desk at our Garfield office. This is the role that shapes a patient’s entire experience — the first voice they hear and the last person they speak to before they leave. What the role involves: Greeting and checking in patients, managing the schedule, answering phones, handling paperwork and insurance verification, and keeping the front of the office running smoothly. You are the point of contact between patients, physicians, and staff. What we're looking for Fluency in both Polish and English — this is essential, not preferred. Many of our patients are more comfortable discussing their care in Polish. A calm, organized presence. People come to a pain practice in discomfort, and often anxious. Reliability and discretion. You will handle sensitive medical information. Experience in a medical office is welcome — but not required. If you have the right temperament and work ethic, we will train you on the clinical and insurance side. Compensation: Training starts at $25/hour — well above the typical range for front desk roles in New Jersey — with room to grow to $30 based on experience and performance. Full-time position.
