Duties and Responsibilities Manage inbound customer communications (calls and emails) using standardized response workflows to ensure prompt, consistent, and professional service delivery. Enter and update customer orders with a focus on accuracy and eliminating rework or duplication in the ordering system. Provide order status updates and shipping information through established communication protocols, reducing customer response. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM with error-proofing practices to and reduce defects in reporting or follow-up. Process high-volume EDI orders across multiple platforms while ensuring adherence to standardized operating procedures that promote process stability and partner adherence. Support account management and sales teams by providing administrative coordination and support for value-added activities. Monitor the full order lifecycle with a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying root causes of delays or discrepancies. Participate in the process improvement initiatives (e.g., root-cause analysis, standard work development, ISO 9001 quality initiatives) to increase order accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
