Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking an experienced, hands-on Inbound Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse receiving and unloading operations at our Dayton NJ facility.

We are looking for a motivated leader who can effectively manage warehouse personnel, maximize productivity, control labor costs, and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in warehouse operations, dock management, employee supervision, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily inbound receiving, unloading, and dock operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates and unloading teams.
• Plan daily staffing and labor requirements based on inbound volume.
• Coordinate trailer scheduling, dock assignments, and unloading priorities.
• Monitor employee productivity, unload times, and operational performance.
• Ensure accurate completion of daily receiving documentation and operational reports.
• Utilize Ragic, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain strong communication with customer management and TWS leadership.
• Enforce OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and customer requirements.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and monitor workplace compliance.
• Addresses: attendance, performance, and staffing issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and labor costs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure daily operational goals and customer service expectations are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, receiving, or inbound management experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse associates and unloading operations.
• Strong knowledge of dock operations, labor planning, and warehouse productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and control labor expenses.
• Experience using WMS, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make effective operational decisions.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety procedures.
• Availability for early morning shifts and Saturday operations.
• Preferred: Professional working proficiency in Spanish. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $60,000–$65,000 , based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time management position with a five-day workweek.

Scheduled Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Scheduled Days Off: Thursday and Sunday.

Early morning start times, potentially as early as 5:00 AM, are required. Additional hours may be necessary based on inbound volume and operational demands.
