Front Office Receptionist

We're seeking professional and friendly Front Office Receptionists, better known as GGL Ambassadors- to join our team! This is a temporary position, and ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and fellow team members, managing the front desk providing exceptional customer service. You'll ensure a positive experience and smooth operations of office operations for everyone who walks in the door!

Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

What You'll Do

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or destination.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing general information as needed.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, providing excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with mail distribution for incoming and outgoing packages, as needed.
• Ensure the smooth running of daily office functions.

What You Bring

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English (required).
• 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferred.
• Stellar communication skills and active listening ability.
• Organizational superpowers and laser-sharp attention to detail.
• Tech-savvyproficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Professional presence and a people-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple priorities with grace.
