Manufacturing HR Administrator

Our client is a large, established manufacturing organization known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. Job Description

The role involves:

  • Filing, scanning, and uploading confidential employee documents into the HRIS.
  • Processing basic HR paperwork and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Assisting with phone screens and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinating interview appointments with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Updating spreadsheets and completing general administrative tasks.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the HR and recruiting teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong computer, typing, and software-navigation skills.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfort managing repetitive administrative work accurately and efficiently.
  • Workday experience is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to work onsite five days per week in West Valley City.
