As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You are responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, negotiating coverage, and managing proposals and renewals. Additionally, you will engage in strategic holistic planning for clients, understanding the full scope of their business.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:5+ years’ experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related companyExtensive experience with multi-family habitational risk portfolios, including knowledge of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae insurance requirements, as well as a thorough understanding of tenant and contract requirements.Proven ability to partner with clients and lenders on development projects, acquisitions, and refinancing needs. Providing coverage analysis and risk management recommendations, completing applications, preparing submissions and proposals, and negotiating coverage and pricingA passion for building shared and layered property programs.Proficient in analytics, particularly in CAT modeling and loss projections, as well as highly proficient with Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and navigating Agency Management SystemsA solid understanding of deductible buy-down policies and placement.Ability to review the accuracy of other’s work on a project or task, guide others on a fast paced, high-energy team, while maintaining a positive attitudeThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hireBS/BA in Business, Insurance or related fieldCPCU, ARM, CISR or other professional insurance designation related to Property & CasualtyExperience working with Applied Epic, agency management systemAvailable to travel for client meetings, as neededWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
