Program Consultant - LTSS

Develop and manage one or more external client-facing programs within a business unit Monitor contract performance metrics and identify changes to contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance obligations Assess contract and regulatory updates and recommend policy and process enhancements Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions Create documentation and deliver training to stakeholders Analyze performance trends, KPIs, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities Support strategic initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making Manage program development, approval, implementation, and compliance Ensure programs meet stated objectives Provide subject matter expertise for day-to-day business issues Research applicable subject-matter practices and monitor industry trends Manage relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas Coordinate training related to external client-facing programs Develop program success measures and conduct periodic program assessments Requirements BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in external client-facing program management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Lived experience with behavioral health programs strongly preferred for the Behavioral Health organization Graduate degree preferred Professional designation related to the field preferred Project management experience preferred LTSS market experience strongly preferred Experience with HIP (Healthy Innovation Platform), Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and/or Compliance 360 preferred Ability to work in-office 1–2 days per week Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a posting location unless accommodation is granted as required by law Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in external client-facing program management, with a strong focus on compliance, performance metrics, and data-informed decision-making. Proficient in developing and implementing reporting solutions and training programs to enhance operational efficiency.
