Location: Bethel Park, PA Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 per year Overview As an Aflac benefits advisor, you will work directly with business owners and HR representatives to assess supplemental insurance coverage needs for employees. The role involves sales presentations, enrollment, and ongoing client relationships. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not required. Responsibilities Present and sell insurance products, including B2B management and enrollment. Develop marketing strategies and generate leads. Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a worksite liaison. Provide strategic solutions and education to clients. Manage customer relationships and ensure service excellence. Maintain state licensing (Life/Health or other). Qualifications & Skills Ability to work well in a team. Strong time‑management skills. Good work ethic and high integrity. Interest in helping others.
