About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team within a fast-paced aviation parts environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, customer experience, quoting activity, order processing, and team performance across supervisors and frontline staff.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong aviation knowledge, customer service leadership, sales oversight, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customer service and sales professionals, including supervisors
• Oversee daily quoting activity, customer follow-ups, order processing, and expedite requests
• Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales and operational goals
• Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and team benchmarks
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Analyze customer feedback and implement process improvements
• Support a fast-paced aviation parts sales environment with urgency and attention to detail
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings as needed

What We're Looking For

• Aviation experience required (aircraft parts knowledge required)
• Strong background in customer service, sales, aviation operations, or aviation support environments
• Prior leadership experience managing teams and/or supervisors
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask across quotes, orders, escalations, and operational priorities
• Experience managing KPIs and team performance metrics
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Background check and drug screening required

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service, aviation operations, or sales experience
• Experience within commercial airlines, MRO environments, aviation support operations, or aircraft logistics
• Experience in commercial aircraft parts or aftermarket aviation environments preferred
• Experience managing or collaborating with global teams
• Leadership experience in performance-driven environments
