As an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while supporting a fast-paced, growing team.

• Process biweekly payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
• Manage accounts payable and vendor files
• Handle subcontractor documentation (W-9s, insurance certificates, etc.)
• Assist managers with time approvals in QuickBooks Time
• Reconcile company credit card transactions
• Perform basic job costing and data entry in company systems
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and financial standards
• Assist employees with software access for company
• Asset management- including vehicle and equipment/software inventory and managing quality assurance and tracking

Compensation: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
