You'll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while continuously improving recruiting processes through data, automation, and AI-powered tools. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a profitable, high-growth startup where recruiting is viewed as a strategic business partner.Work Location: This role is based out of our Austin, TX, or Palo Alto, CA offices and involves a hybrid work approach, balancing in-office collaboration with the ability to work remotely.To support our team, we offer:Commuter benefits to ease your travelLunches and snacks to keep you fueledA collaborative, high-growth environment where you'll work closely with talented teammates across the companyExpectations (In this role, you will):Own full-cycle recruiting, primarily for Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support roles, from kickoff through offer acceptance.Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, talent market trends, and candidate assessment.Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across competitive markets.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving efficient, high-quality hiring processes.Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to improve sourcing, scheduling, candidate engagement, reporting, and operational efficiency.Use recruiting data and market insights to identify opportunities, influence hiring decisions, and continuously improve recruiting outcomes.Partner with the People and Recruiting teams to improve recruiting programs, interview processes, employer branding, and operational excellence.Experience (What we look for):5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience hiring Sales, Customer Success, and/or Customer Support talent.Experience recruiting within a high-growth startup or scaling technology company where you've operated in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Demonstrated success managing multiple searches simultaneously while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.Strong sourcing skills and the ability to proactively build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve recruiting workflows, increase productivity, and enhance candidate engagement.Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions and optimize hiring outcomes.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support and influence partners across all levels of the organization.Perks and Benefits (What we offer):Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth startupMultiple health benefit optionsResponsible Time Off401(k) matchingOpportunities and support for major career growthAnnual Company offsite event (Mudfest!)The salary range for this role is $120,000-$160,000, dependent on level.
