GL Staffing – Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator
GL Staffing is currently hiring a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator in Davie, FL .
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask.
Job Responsibilities- Tag and process returned products as drivers offload each morning.
- Print return paperwork and other documents as needed.
- Assist management with morning dispatch operations.
- Take dispatch photos of drivers as they leave the dock.
- Review dispatch photos to ensure all drivers have been properly dispatched.
- Monitor driver progress throughout the day.
- Ensure routes are meeting scheduled delivery time windows.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and management regarding delays, updates, or issues.
- Provide general dispatch and logistics support as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required .
Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–2:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
$18–$19 per hour
