We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or Upscale dining environments. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality Craft cocktails and excellent service. At Thaiger Den, we serve Refined Thai foods, so the candidate must be willing to learn new unique menus and cultures. Staffs usually rotate positions, depending on the strengths of each person, so the candidate will rotate as server as well.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or special functions to deliver seamless service.
• Provide support during busy periods by assisting with food service when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment's schedule.
• Familiarity with various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques is a plus.
