Job Title: Procurement Agent
Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid - Onsite Monday & Tuesday)
Pay Rate: $28/hr - $32/hr on W2
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Procurement Agent I to support procurement operations and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement processes, SAP systems, and purchase management while maintaining strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Purchase Orders (POs), Change Orders, and Requisitions across multiple apparatus categories
• Develop and maintain Outline Agreements and Source Lists
• Monitor PO automation activities and procurement workflows
• Support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain procurement records and ensure process compliance
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve procurement operations

Required Skills:
• Experience with SAP ECC - Materials Management (MM)
• Experience handling Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Requisitions
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba
• Experience with Outline Agreements and Source Lists
• Procurement or supply chain experience

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
