Receptionist / Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
We are looking for a motivated, professional Receptionist with customer service experience and insurance experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will assist with customer conversations related to auto, home, and life insurance .
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Insurance experience
- Current, active insurance licenses
- Ability to professionally answer calls, greet clients, and hold customer conversations confidently and clearly
- Comfortable assisting with client questions and support for:
- Auto
- Home
- Life
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with customer inquiries and route clients/requests appropriately
- Support clients with insurance-related questions within your role and licensing scope
- Maintain accurate documentation and information at the front desk
- Keep the reception area organized and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
