Job Title Registered Nurse - Float - Peds/PICU/NICU Sign On Bonus Potential: $10,000.00 Hospital: SINAI HOSPITAL Employment: Full‑time with Weekend Commitment – Day/Night rotation (Rotating 7am–7:30pm/7pm–7:30am) Position: Staff Nurse Job Summary: Sinai Hospital's Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties. The Float Pool at Sinai Hospital is a designated supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet patient care needs. We currently have openings for full‑time and part‑time positions, all of which are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder as well as committees throughout the hospital. Responsibilities As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families. Qualifications Telemetry experience required Peds/PICU/NICU experience required RN License in Maryland or Compact State (as applicable) Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Pediatric or Neonatal Additional Requirements for Critical Care Float Roles: Float Pool staff will follow a 6‑week schedule and a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays, and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days. All staff are eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations have been met.
