Personal Assistant for AI Training

This remote contract role draws on real-world experience managing priorities, communications, and detailed operational work to provide high-quality input and feedback that improves how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital calendars, appointments, daily tasks, and workflows efficiently.
• Organize, prioritize, and complete multiple assignments while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Draft, edit, and proofread communications and written materials with clear, professional tone.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through proactive remote updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and tracking systems for project documentation.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions that strengthen efficiency and organization.
• Provide detailed feedback and real-world context that enhances AI training-data quality.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in personal assistance, executive support, or administrative roles.
• Strong organization, time-management, multitasking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information succinctly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in remote or distributed, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with productivity tools such as digital calendars, cloud document platforms, and collaboration software.
• A proactive, resourceful, adaptable approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• No prior AI experience is required, your administrative domain expertise is the focus.

• $20 to $34 per hour.
