Finance Paralegal

Our client is seeking an exceptionally bright and motivated Paralegal in their NYC office. This role offers dynamic experience within a collaborative and collegiate environment that encourages learning and growth and offers a competitive compensation package.


Key Responsibilites:

• Assist in the drafting, review, and management of legal documents related to fund products, including offering memoranda, partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
• Support the team in responding to investor inquiries and requests for information.
• Manage timelines and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.
