Network Operations Analyst II

IDR is seeking a Network Operations Analyst II to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.
This role involves supporting day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure within a dynamic environment. It offers an excellent chance for early-career networking professionals to grow their skills and gain practical experience in a collaborative setting.

Position Overview for the Network Operations Analyst II:

• Provide day-to-day Network Operations support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with maintaining the clients network environment.
• Support Cisco/network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Assist with network lifecycle maintenance and other operational responsibilities.
• Work alongside senior Network Advisors and Architects and follow their technical direction.
• Respond to critical network issues as they arise.
• Participate in the team's 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Potentially support specialized initiatives while managing standard NetOps responsibilities.

Requirements for the Network Operations Analyst II:

• Roughly 12 years of networking/IT experience preferred, but flexibility is given for strong potential and solid technical foundation.
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Cisco experience/exposure preferred.
• MPLS/network environment experience is a plus.
• Open to candidates coming from Help Desk, Field Services or another IT support role seeking to transition into networking.
