Location: Remote

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager with a primary focus on supporting the sales process. This role involves a combination of administrative, communication, and organizational responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of our office and support the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

ssist the sales team in coordinating and organizing sales activities.
Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Generate and maintain sales reports, providing regular updates to the sales team and leadership.

Data Entry:

ccurately input and update customer information, sales leads, and other relevant data.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly.
Manage internal and external communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.

Organization:

Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events related to the sales process.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data entry and database management.

Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Education:
bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.

Location:

This is 100% remote but you need to be able to work US est times.
