\n POSITION OVERVIEW: \n

\n

\n Integrated Psychiatric Consultants (IPC) is seeking an internal Medical Director due to company growth and expansion. IPC wishes to identify a dynamic individual who can dually function as a frontline clinician for adult and youth demographics, as well as a strategic leader in a player-coach model. The role requires experience in Consult-Liaison/Inpatient setting and leadership oversight to operate as clinical advisor. The position is 100% remote and will require multiple state licenses (or ability to obtain) to practice and consult across numerous facilities. Further details below:\n

• Quality-focused assessment and treatment
\n
• Practice across multiple clients to help staff and proactively address challenges
\n
• Review and evolve care strategies, QI Initiatives, and protocols
\n
• Solution-oriented lead for IPC providers
\n
• Advise facilities to current market conditions for staffing needs
\n
• Data assessment for care optimization and workflow
\n
• Conduct interviews and peer evaluations
\n

QUALIFICATIONS: \n

\n
• MD or DO with Board Certification Adult Psychiatry & Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
\n
• Active, clean, unrestricted medical license
\n
• Participation in IMLC or willingness to obtain multiple state licenses
\n
• Active DEA registration
\n
