Job Overview Studio 14120 Salon & Spa, a premier destination for beauty and wellness, is seeking a dedicated and articulate Remote Online Chat Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time / Part-time , remote position ideal for a customer service professional passionate about providing an exceptional client experience. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand, answering enquiries, and facilitating a seamless booking process through our online platforms. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in an independent work environment. Responsibilities Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner via our live chat system. Provide comprehensive information about our range of services, treatments, products, and current promotions. Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments efficiently and accurately. Address and resolve client queries and concerns with empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all salon offerings and policies. Accurately record details of client interactions and transactions in our system. Escalate complex issues to the Salon Manager when necessary. Collaborate with the in-salon team to ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably with experience in online chat support. Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly in a digital environment. Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software and booking systems. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. The discipline and self‑motivation to work effectively in a remote setting.
