What You Will Do
- Lead the development of high-quality, scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless performance across various devices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Implement best practices for frontend development, including code reviews and automated testing.
- Utilize AWS for deployment and hosting, ensuring robust and reliable application performance.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on product features and drive enhancements.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and Next.js.
- Proficient in TypeScript and CSS, with a solid understanding of modern web development practices.
- Proven track record of leading engineering projects and delivering high-quality software on time.
- Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment, contributing to team success.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, to enhance application deployment and performance.
- Experience in mentoring or leading a team of developers, promoting best practices in coding and design.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications.
Compensation and Benefits
