What You'll Do Welcome and check in patients with exceptional customer service Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Collect copays and patient payments Assist with patient check-out and follow-up scheduling Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems Support smooth daily front office operations Qualifications At least 1 year of medical office/front desk experience Experience with EMR systems and insurance verification Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Why Apply?
