Opportunity Details The Affiliate Operations Specialist, under the direction of HR and site leadership, is responsible for providing general support to the PAGNY office and providers, managing employee concerns as the initial point of contact, and serving as an outward-facing part of the HR Department. Manages compliance with mandatory and non‑mandatory trainings, continuing education, annual health assessments, and work evaluations, ensuring employee records are current and meet JCAHO and NYDOH standards. Acts as the primary point of contact for all credentialing and onboarding, managing multiple new providers’ progress throughout this process. Tracks all new hires, ensuring onboarding is smooth, thoroughly reviewed, and that all post‑hire data and documents are in HRIS, employee files, credentialing, and onboarding trackers. Maintains relationships with providers and staff by checking in periodically to keep them informed and engaged. Leads and facilitates recurring new‑hire orientation and other activities and provides hands‑on guidance for timesheet processing, benefits, continuing medical education (CME), and payroll and holiday calendars. Manages all HRIS transactions in a timely fashion and makes change requests ensuring accuracy, following up with the appropriate personnel and communicating with corporate and NYC Health + Hospitals approvers for escalated issues. Builds and maintains successful relationships with site leadership, the Medical Staff Office (MSO), Occupational Health Services (OHS), NYC Health + Hospitals Human Resources Partners, chiefs/chairs, and other stakeholders; attends site committee meetings when necessary. Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters to the appropriate Labor and Employee Relations team member. #J-18808-Ljbffr Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C.
