What You’ll Do Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability. Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution. Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service. Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time. You take responsibility for outcomes—financial, operational, and human. You can walk into a complex environment and quickly see what needs to change. You develop people on purpose, not by accident.
