In this opportunity, you will be responsible for taking care of the assistance and development activities at the clients, solving the application problems related to the installed software. In particular, you will have the opportunity to increase your skills in solutions to support new care models and interoperability. Solutions capable of allowing the sharing and exchange of patient information, documents and data and the collaboration between the various operators involved in the treatment. What you will do: Assist the client's assistance team; Relate to Project Managers and/or Product Managers, or to the Development team responsible for the implementation; Provide customer service or remotely; Monitor the functioning of the procedures; Go to the client for the installation of Dedalus tools; Configure the tools in relation to the client's requests and production specifications; Train the client's assistance and administrative team; Manage the integration of existing applications; Perform functional tests; Participate in level I and II help desk activities, also on a rotating shift basis; Document the activities performed, among others. Essential requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or in the field of radiology or in Computer Science or related fields; Knowledge of workflows in a hospital/clinical environment; Minimum 3 years of proven experience in clients with a complex software environment (healthcare); Knowledge of Oracle database will be an advantage; Knowledge of agile methodologies will be an advantage; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Strong team working skills; Experience working in an ITIL disciplined environment; Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage; Knowledge of Health Information Systems Projects will be considered an advantage; Intermediate level English, advanced or fluent level will be an advantage.
