Number of Beds: 29 beds but can overflow adults in peds for a total of 39

Number of Staff: Day Shift charge, 8 RNs, and ACT from 10am-10pm Night Shift - charge, 8 RNs and ACT from 10am-10pm

Patient Ratios: 5:1

Type of equipment: remote telemetry EMR Meditech

Typical hiring profile:

Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current Med/Surg RN acute care experience BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. ACLS Prior Meditech experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Post-op surgical patients Some cardiac drips such as amio and dilt. Also will see heparin drips
