What You'll Do

In this role, the Bookkeeper will support day-to-day accounting operations while also assisting with customer and vendor interactions.

• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email, providing timely and professional service.
• Post cash receipts, charges, and late fees accurately.
• The Bookkeeper will assist with bids and related documentation.
• Order, track, and organize products from multiple vendors.
• The Bookkeeper will collect, process, and maintain vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and organized records.
• Support daily bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• The Bookkeeper will assist with other accounting and operational projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables & VLOOKUPS)

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a close-knit team.
