Supporting existing Medicare members, the full-time Licensed Medicare Agent will engage in service-focused conversations to educate, resolve issues, and enhance member retention while working remotely. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with Medicare members, focusing on retention and education Guide members through their coverage options without high-pressure tactics Meet performance expectations related to call quality and member engagement metrics Required qualifications Active Health or Health & Life license Minimum of 1 year of Medicare experience Ability to work a schedule including at least one weekend day during AEP Home office setup that meets remote work requirements Comfortable working across multiple software systems
